Only those students who have passed secondary /Higher secondary school examination with minimum 75% marks and/ or 65% marks in B.A /B.Sc. and are studying or intend to study in any educational institution for higher studies in the country or abroad but their parents' total monthly income is less than Rs. 15,000/= per month are eligible to get assistance from HET. They can apply on the prescribed form directly or through the head of their educational institutions along with an affidavit from parents/ guardians regarding income.
